LSC stands for Learner Support Centre:

While filling form a Learner has to choose a LSC – Learner Support Centre. LSCs are generally a College of that area either constituent or affiliated. All LSCs are associated with a Regional Centre. There are approx. 69 Regional Centre throughout INDIA. eg. Deoghar Regional Centre has 15 active LSCs under it’s jurisdiction. A learner will get every information related to his programme from the LSC he/she is enrolled with. It is the duty of the LSC to provide Counselling Classes, conduct of practical classes and submitting of Assignment. There is not charge for all these services.
